Cultrewood Sessions

Every person counts!

New Woodcraft for Wellbeing Programme - Letchworth and Welwyn Garden City

Accredited and qualified therapeutic practitioners deliver all sessions. Starting January 2025.

Looking to reconnect with nature and pick up new skills? Our 3-hour immersive workshops are ideal for adults eager to delve into the fascinating world of wood and nature crafting.

Here's what you can expect:

Reconnect with nature and nurture your wellbeing in these creative,  adults-only (18+) woodland sessions. Combining woodcraft and mindfulness, we'll explore activities like whittling, simple wood carving (including spoon carving), and crafting nature inspired decorations. These workshops are designed to improve mental health by offering a calming space to relax, focus, and connect with others. Enjoy the warmth of a fire, hot drinks, and snacks while learning new skills and creating something amazing to take home. No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind.
